Refund Policy
We comply with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, to ensure fairness in our refund process:
Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 working days before the course start date. A 50% administration fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover administrative costs.
Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date or once the course has begun, unless the learner's statutory rights apply.
If the course is not delivered as advertised or fails to meet reasonable expectations, learners may request a refund or remedy under their consumer rights.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 days of receiving written notification.
Refunds are not applicable if the course is canceled due to failure to pay the full balance before the course start date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Unicate College:
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone courses due to unforeseen circumstances such as low enrollment, tutor unavailability, or adverse weather.
Learners will be offered an alternative course date, replacement sessions, or a pro-rata refund in line with consumer law.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your enrollment in a course within 14 days of purchase. This right applies regardless of whether the course is delivered online or in person.
However, if the course materials have been sent to you via email, it is presumed that you have accessed the course. Once the materials are sent, the right to cancel (and receive a full refund) no longer applies, as the course is considered to have been accessed and started.
If you wish to cancel your course before the materials are sent, you may do so by contacting us
Cancellation by Learners:
Written notice of cancellation must be provided at least 14 working days before the course start date to qualify for a refund at the discretion of the College. In some cases a refund may be issued, minus a 50% administration fee.
Cancellations made after 14 days of the start date or after the course begins are not eligible for refunds unless statutory rights apply.
Electronic Policy
Learners are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate equipment, software, and internet access to complete the course.
Unicate College is not responsible for providing or troubleshooting personal devices or technology.
Inadequate equipment or lack of internet access on the learner’s part does not constitute grounds for refunds or course extensions.

Course Access Policy
Courses may be delivered in person or online . For online, courses are accessible 24/7 during the enrollment period unless otherwise stated.
