Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

Tuition Fees

No booking is confirmed until Unicate College receives the completed booking form and the accompanying payment.
The balance of the course fees is payable 14 days before courses are to start and within 14 days of the invoice issue date for all other courses.
If full payment is not received by the due date, Unicate reserves the right to cancel or change your booking without providing a refund. Bookings can only be canceled or refunded in specific circumstances outlined in the cancellation policy.
Places are limited, and priority will be given to bookings with full payment.
Payments that are banked but not honored will incur a £25.00 fee to cover banking costs.
Unicate reserves the right to adjust published course fees as necessary.
The tuition fees invoice constitutes a written contract between Unicate and the buyer for the agreed services.
Instalment plans may be arranged with Unicate. Failure to meet the agreed payment schedule may result in suspension of course access until the next instalment is paid in full. The full fee remains payable even if the buyer decides to discontinue the course at a later date.

Cancellation by Unicate

Unicate reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time and recover any sums due under the following conditions:
If you fail to fulfill your obligations under this agreement.
If you fail to make agreed payments, Unicate will cease providing course access until all outstanding sums are paid.
Refunds will not be provided if Unicate cancels due to failure to pay the full course fees before the course start date.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, illness, or other disruptions, Unicate will aim to offer replacement or extended sessions. If this is not possible, affected learners may be issued a pro-rata credit or learning voucher against a future course.

Cancellation / Changes by You

If you need to withdraw from a course and notify Unicate at least 14 working days before the course starts, you will be eligible for a refund minus a 50% administration fee.
Withdrawals made within 14 days of the course start date or during the course are not eligible for refunds. In exceptional circumstances, Unicate may offer credit toward a future course at its discretion.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 30 days of receiving written notification.
If you are unable to attend due to illness or an accident, you may continue on a future course once you have recovered. Additional fees may apply.

Changes to Courses and Terms

Unicate College regularly reviews and updates its courses to ensure relevance and quality. As part of this process, course content, delivery methods, and schedules may change without prior notice.
The Terms and Conditions are also subject to periodic review and updates to align with regulatory requirements, policies, or service improvements. All changes will be posted on the website, and learners are encouraged to review them regularly.
If significant changes impact an enrolled course, Unicate will notify affected learners and provide necessary accommodations to minimize disruption.

Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and resources are the intellectual property of Unicate College and are protected by copyright laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of materials is strictly prohibited.
Unicate College is not responsible for any personal or professional outcomes resulting from participation in its courses.
Unicate College is not liable for technical issues beyond its control that may disrupt access to the online platform.

Privacy

Personal data collected during enrollment and course participation will be handled in accordance with Unicate’s Privacy Policy, available on the website.
By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your data for course delivery and communications.
